Once 2BizBox has been installed and work is ready to begin, then this section will help you setup 2BizBox. The steps below will help get 2BizBox running for your business.
Fundamental data is very critical in getting 2BizBox running for your company. Before the system can run, all the required data will need to be entered. It is assumed that you already know how to use each box of 2BizBox. If things here are still not clear, please call our support lines to get help.
- Select Control Panel Box, setup fiscal year, company settings, company's name and address ID, etc.
- Enter all customers, vendors and manufacturers into 2BizBox Address Book Box.
- Enter all part numbers (part number, part type, description, inventory information etc.)
- Enter all of Bills of Materials.
- Perform a cost roll up for average and standard costs.
- Enter all sales orders.
- Enter all purchase orders.
- Set the accounting settings and Chart of Accounts
- Setup the inventory and WIP quantities.
