Go to Control Panel, there is Company Unit tab. Add, update, delete a Company Unit, view the structure of Company Unit here.
The default Company Unit is "0". It stands for the company itself.
Add Company Unit
Add all Company Units in the system at first. Go to the General tab of Company Unit home page.
Press "2Add Company Unit" button, the screen follows. Choose one Company Unit as the new Company Unit's parent.

"A-Z","a-z","0-9" is allowed.
For example, the Parent Company Unit is "0", set the "Company Unit #" field "10", the new Company Unit ID is "0.10". |

There is a Company Unit picker, click it, select the Company Unit which stands for the parent of the new one. The parent Company Unit is a big department or entity. It can be separated to small pieces. Each piece is the sub Company Unit. |
On this screen there two (2) actions:
- Click "2Add" button, the system will update page for this Company Unit.
- Click "Cancel" button, system will close the page.
Update Company Unit
It is the screen of updating Company Unit. Change the properties of the Company Unit here.

It is the Company Unit name. |
| Type |
It is the type of the Company Unit. According to this, the Company Units can be separated to different groups. For example, the type is "manager", the Company Unit "0.10" belongs to manager group. |

It is the comments for this Company Unit. |
On this screen there two (2) actions:
- Click "2Update" button, the system update page for this Company Unit. Go to the Company Unit detail screen.
- Click "Cancel" button, system will close the page.
Delete Company Unit
When delete the Company Unit, this unit must not be used, also as its accounts. It thows a warning that the account number is in use. If the Company Unit is parent Company Unit, it can not be deleted. The default Company Unit can not be updated and deleted.
Actions that can be taken:
- Top left indicates the number of records and the Company Unit record chosen.
- Click "2Add" button to add a new Company Unit. Go to the Add Company Unit .
- Select a row, click "2Update" button to update the Company Unit chosen. Go to the Update Company Unit .
- Select a row, click "Delete" button to delete the Company Unit chosen.
- Click "2Refresh" button to get the data again.
- Click
button to print the current page.
The Relationship Between Company Units
A big Company Unit can have several sub Company Units. There are different levels in them. The Company Unit Structure shows up.
"0" is the default Company Unit, it stands for the company itself. The direct Company Units of the "0" is the sub Company Unit of the "0".
