This topic will explain how to design distinctive Balance Sheet Statement.
Define Structure of Balance Sheet Category
Click
under "Reports" tab in "Accounting" box and "GL" module:
Then you can add, delete or move category in the following screen:

Add a new root category
The "Add" button will change to
if there is no category selected:
There are three predefined top-level categories: Assets, Liabilities, Equity.
Add a subaccount category
Select account category first, then click
Then the following add screen will appear:
Category name is required, check
if you want to show this category in Balance Sheet Statement.
Edit category
Select the category you want delete, then "Edit" button is enabled:
Click
button, then the following edit screen will appear:
Click "OK" after selection is complete.
Delete category
Select the category you want delete, then "Delete" button is enabled:
Click
button, then click "Yes" in the following confirm dialog, then this category will be deleted:
Move sequence of category
Select the category you want move, then

button selection is complete.
Assign Category for Account
You can only assign category for top level accounts. Go to Chart of Accounts detail screen first, under "Reports" tab in "Accounting" box and "GL" module.
Select one of top level account, then click
button on chart of accounts detail screen:
Then edit account screen appears:
Click
button, select one category, then click "OK":
Click "2Update" button on edit account screen, then continue to next account.
Balance Sheet Statement
Open "Accounting Info Box" first, under "Info Center" tab in "Accounting" box and "GL" module:
Click
button, then "Balance Sheet Statement" report appears.
