Scheduler is one of most powerful function in our 2BizBox system.
It is for sister company share information with each other and backup important data regularly, and also have a exceptional function to send mail and text to person who have not received notice (you can link to Sent Notices to see how to send notices) in time. They can run 2BizBox in different servers which make speed faster than basing on one server, Not all of their information need to be the same, at the same time, some important information such as DWF and Part need generally keep the same way. So we supply this function to meet with Group Company's requirement. All these according to our system are Export Part Scheduler Import Part Scheduler Export DWF Scheduler Import DWF Scheduler
Two others are special for special ERP software J.D.Edwards, they are Export Part to J.D. Edwards Scheduler Export DWF to J.D. Edwards Scheduler. The last but one is part inventory problem. Inventory management is foundational job need to be done exactly and in time. So we also supply scheduler method to backup inventory Backup Inventory Scheduler. The last is service for Sent Notices. We can configure the interval to notify users have not received notices by Email and Mobile UnRead Notice Notify.
