Can not change standard cost from "Update Part" screen again if OnHand is not zero.
We can use "Standard Cost Change Worksheet" to change standard cost by batch and overcarrying variance after commit the worksheet.
Click button in "Change Std Cost" tab under Accounting box and Inventory module.
The following screen will show up after click "2Add":
Input comments and click "2Add", then go to update page:
Click "2Update" you will go to detail screen:
Add Parts to Worksheet
Click button, you will get following page:
Click to pick up part #, then input new standard cost:
Then click "OK". This part # will be added to this worksheet.
Commit Worksheet
Click in worksheet detail screen, you will get a warning message, Click "YES" to continue.
The status of worksheet will be changed to "COMMITED" after commit worksheet and can not add part # to this worksheet again.
Overcarrying Variance
Click in worksheet detail screen after commit worksheet, you will get a warning message, Click "YES" to continue.
A new transaction will be generated and related to this worksheet:
Then the status of worksheet is changed to "CLOSED".
