Standard Cost Roll Up Worksheet

Standard Cost Roll up Worksheet is used to roll up BOM standard cost. The roll up process will run in background at server side, and you can schedule it.

Create Std Cost Roll Up Worksheet

Click button under "Standard Cost Rollup" tab in "Accounting" box and "Inventory" module:

The following screen will show up:

The default start date of roll up is middle night of today for new Cost Roll Up Worksheet, you can change it to any time. Click "2Add", then goes to update screen:

The status of new worksheet is "WAITING". Click "2Update", then goes to detail screen:

Check Log

The roll up process will begin once time out, the status of worksheet will be changed to "RUNNING" and you can check log from "Log" tab:

If there are any empty BOM or Recursive BOM, you should fix these BOM first, then roll up again by creating a new Std Cost Roll up Worksheet.
The status of worksheet will be changed to "FINISHED" after roll up process finish, and you can check the roll up result from "Items" tab.

Commit Worksheet

Click to commit worksheet, you will get a warning message, click "YES" to continue:

Then the new roll up cost will be copied to current standard cost, and the status of worksheet is changed to "COMMITTED".

Overcarrying Variance

Click in worksheet detail screen after commit worksheet, you will get a warning message. Click "YES" to continue.

A new transaction will be generated and related to this worksheet:


Then the status of worksheet is changed to "CLOSED".
